Video Submission Guidelines for National Craft Distillery Day
Submission Deadline
All video submissions must be received by: 11:59pm on Wednesday, April 30, 2025
Video Requirements
Duration:
Videos should be between 2 to 5 minutes long.
Format:
Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, AVI.
Resolution: Minimum 1080p (1920x1080 pixels).
File Size: A five-minute high-quality 1080p video in .mov or .avi format can be estimated to be around 750 MB at an average bitrate of 20 Mbps. The Maximum file size allowed is 800MB.
Content:
Review the Content Guidelines.
Audio:
Clear and understandable audio.
Minimize background noise.
Include subtitles if possible for accessibility.
Orientation:
Videos should be filmed in landscape mode. (turn your phone 90 degrees so that the image is wider than it is tall.
Submission Process
File Naming:
Name your video file using the format: DistilleryName_ASF2024 (e.g., SunnyHillsDistillery_ASF2024.mp4).
Submission Platform:
You may share a link to download your file via email.
Email the download link to artisanspiritsfest@gmail.com with the subject line: "Artisan Spirits Fest Video Submission - [Your Video Title]".
